What's the weather?

Never been so interested in the weather forecast. Had heaps of rain over the last few weeks and the ground is saturated. Look what the last couple of days' downpour has done. Wall to wall water. Our water meadows are supposed to flood, but not in April! The red arrow marks our green, fortunately protected by flood defences.

At least from now on the temperature is hitting a consistent temperature between 12C and 15C. Even better, bright sunshine is forecast for the week before Opening Day on Saturday 21 April. Anything but a repeat of last year. All turned up with eagerly polished bowls to watch the only delivery of the day executed by the Mayor ~:0(((
