Important day in the bowling calendar. Exactly halfway between the end of the 2018 outdoor season and the start of the 2019 season. Rather than reminiscing highlights from the past, can now look forward in anticipation.
What will the new season bring? Hopefully an appearance on Finals Day. Can I hold on to both the Harry Roscow Trophy and the Biggleswade Battle title? Looking forward to captaining the Men's League B Team. Would make real progress if I could get to the final stages of a County competition. Maybe even win.
And if I did win a County competition, to appear in the National Finals at Skegness in August. What a dream!
