Good enough

Another Club competition match this afternoon. Over 60s, played to sixteen ends. Should win, up against an occasional B Team player. Mustn't be complacent.

The green is fast after a couple of sunny and windy days. I keep the lead, but there's not much in it. My opponent typically bowls three wayward bowls and one up close. So progress is slow but sure.

A three on the tenth end gives me a safety margin which I then lose in the next three ends. But I'm doing enough and gain three in the next two to win after the fifteenth end, my opponent five shots behind.

Not a particularly great performance. Enough to get the job done. Here's the scorecard below.
