Hi Clarke... Tried indoor bowls last winter but didn't like it. Couldn't commit enough time. Using my outdoor bowls meant I had to use a line which sent the bowl half way into the next rink. And the missing outdoor elements of reading the ground and the weather effects meant it was just too clinical a game.
How are things in Australia? Middle of spring... lucky you! Here, we had our first air frost yesterday and the forecast for today is grey, grey and more grey. At least 50 days have passed since I last looked at the countdown calendar above. Regards, John
